- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never experienced someone so rude. I went into the facility.. office number 221. I went in for some basic information, since I would potentially be a new client of theirs. I went in and grabbed a business card, because the sign said that they were closed for lunch. I did not disturb or ask for anyone.. I simply went in to grab a business card, since I drove all this way. I was leaving and a older woman.. heavier set, came to the front and I just advised her that I was leaving because I saw that they were on lunch and I apologized. She then rudely said "Yes we are on lunch, that's why we have the sign up, so you won't disturb" I was baffled at this response. I never once even looked or said anything when I entered!!! I simply went in and grabbed a business card! I will make sure I tell all of my friends and family about this facility, as I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. I will never recommend this place. Absolute worst customer service.. I don't even know how this lady still has a job. I will be contacting the office manager as soon as I can to discuss this particular woman.April 04, 2017by Leah Pepper
