- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Office is a bunch of liars and cheats. Was told my premium was going to drop Dec 2017 after is going up continuously. No accidents or tickets the the over TEN years as a client. Decided to stick it out a few month and wait for the drop the lady promised over and over again. Received the policy renewal packet today... guess what. No drop in premium as the office promised.
